This tender invites contractors in Kohlu from the Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management for construction and development works under PSDP 2025-26. The scope includes building farm ponds, developing dug wells, installing solar pumping systems on these water bodies, and provisioning fruit plants, oilseeds, pulses, and fodder with land preparation. These works are critical for enhancing agricultural water management and productivity in the region.
The project demands expertise in civil engineering and solar energy installation, with a focus on sustainable water resource development in Kohlu. Bidders must hold PEC registration in categories CE04(iii) for dams, CE09(ii) for water supply, CE10(i) for general civil engineering, and EE11(ii) for solar energy, with a minimum turnover of PKR 27,349,700 over the last three years. Compliance with FBR Active Taxpayer List and submission of audit reports for FY 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 is mandatory. The firm must also provide a project-specific bank statement or credit line certificate.
The submission deadline is set for 26 March 2026 at 12:00 PM sharp, with technical bids opening electronically the same day at 1:00 PM. Bids must be submitted physically at the Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management office in Kohlu. Bid security of 2% in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must submit stamp duty as per policy.
