Tender Description

This tender invites bids for the construction of a flood protection wall aimed at saving fertile land and the village of Haji Karim Jan in Siahgazi Awaran, Balochistan. The project involves civil works to build a robust barrier against floodwaters, protecting agricultural assets and local settlements. The work will be executed under composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis for the fiscal year 2026. The site is located in Awaran, a region prone to flooding, requiring durable construction materials and skilled engineering to ensure the wall's effectiveness and longevity. The contractor must manage site challenges including terrain and water flow control, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above, with specialization in irrigation and flood control systems (Code CE04(ii)).
