This tender invites bids for the improvement and rehabilitation of internal roads connectivity at Jinnah Square, Karachi, under the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Engineering Department. The project covers reconstruction and rehabilitation of major roads from Malir-15 to Saudabad via Jinnah Square in District Korangi. The estimated cost is PKR 352.5 million with a completion period of 6 months.
The works require use of quality construction materials such as graded gravel, bitumen, cement concrete, and reinforced concrete pipes. Electrical works include installation of LED street lights and road studs for safety.
Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories, possess valid NTN and SRB registration, and be on the active tax payer lists of FBR and Sindh Revenue Board. PEC registration and category relevant to civil works is mandatory. Submission requires bid security of 5% of estimated cost and an integrity pact on stamp paper. The contract will be awarded through National Competitive Bidding with bids submitted online via SPPRA EPADS portal.
