Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the installation of a 06 KW solar power system at the Civil Court Building in Mehar, Dadu. The procurement is managed by the District & Sessions Court, Dadu, under the Access to Justice Development Fund. The project involves supply and installation of hybrid solar inverters, Tier-I Mono PERC solar panels, lithium-ion batteries, mounting structures, and associated electrical wiring and protection devices. The site is located in Mehar, Sindh, requiring durable materials capable of withstanding local weather conditions including wind resistance up to 150 km/h.
The scope includes delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of the complete solar system. Bidders must be registered contractors or suppliers with proven experience in similar projects and must comply with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022). The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) system. A 5% bid security in the form of a bank draft or pay order is mandatory.
Bidders should ensure they are on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess valid NTN and GST registration. The financial year 2025-26 compliance is required. PEC registration is advised for contractors to meet technical evaluation criteria. The bid security and tender fee must be submitted before the deadline.
The submission deadline is set for 16th March 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM at the Meeting Hall, District & Sessions Court, Dadu.
