Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Karachi to undertake the reconstruction and rehabilitation of internal roads connecting major roads in District South. The project includes improvement and rehabilitation of Mesham Lea Road with storm water drain, Mission Road, and Chand Bibi Road. The scope covers dismantling existing road surfaces, earth excavation, sub-base preparation, asphalt concrete laying, sewerage system installation, median and footpath works, ancillary road safety features, drainage, and electrical works including street lighting. The work demands expertise in civil engineering, road construction materials, and urban infrastructure management in Karachi's challenging urban environment.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and comply with tax registration requirements.
