Tender Description
This tender invites bids from eligible and reputable firms for the procurement and installation of IT hardware, machinery equipment, and generators for the Finance Department at the Sindh Secretariat in Karachi. The scope includes branded desktop computers, laptops, laser jet printers, UPS systems, image scanners, indoor air conditioners, and heavy-duty generators of 100 KVA and 500 KVA capacity. The delivery and installation timelines vary from 1-7 business days for IT and machinery equipment to 1-30 business days for generators after purchase order issuance.
The procurement process follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010.
