Tender Description
The Ministry of Defence requires acquisition of land in Zhob district for defense purposes. The land includes settled and unsettled areas in Hasanzai mouza, Saddar Mandokhail halqa.
This notification under Section-4 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 authorizes survey and acquisition of 25 acres of land in Zhob, including 22 acres settled and 2 acres unsettled land. The land is required for defense use as per letter from PAF Base Zhob.
Objections to acquisition may be filed within 30 days to the Deputy Commissioner/Collector Zhob. The acquisition is managed by the Deputy Commissioner/Collector Zhob district under the Ministry of Defence.
