Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for landscape and horticulture maintenance services under a Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. The tender requires contractors/firms registered with PPRA on E-PADs and holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License with Category-CE (11).
The scope includes review of existing landscape and future landscape works. Bidders must submit bids online through E-PADS by the specified closing dates and times. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12th December 2025 at 02:30 PM at CDA office in Islamabad.
