Tender Description
This tender invites bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of manufactured vehicles and accessories for the Hub City Master Plan District Hub in Balochistan. The Project Director requires bidders to submit electronic bids only through the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) system, ensuring a streamlined and transparent procurement process in Hub city. The procurement focuses on vehicles essential for the district's development and operational needs, emphasizing quality and compliance with specifications.
Bidders must demonstrate experience with at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity, each valued at PKR 15,000,000 within the last three years. The vehicles and accessories must meet the delivery timelines and technical requirements specified by the Project Director. The procurement process follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, requiring a 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit receipt from a scheduled bank. The tender documents are available electronically via the BPPRA website, facilitating easy access for interested parties.
To comply with the tender requirements, bidders should hold a valid Sales Tax Certificate, be listed on the Active Taxpayer List, and not be blacklisted by any Pakistani procuring agency. Joint ventures are not permitted. Additionally, bidders must provide SECP and BRA certificates along with authorization from the manufacturer or authorized agent. For the financial year 2025-26, adherence to these compliance standards is critical to avoid disqualification during bid evaluation.
The deadline for bid submission is 26 February 2026 at 10:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled the same day at 11:00 AM via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS). Bidders should submit their bids electronically through the supplier dashboard. For inquiries or clarifications, contact details including phone and email are provided for direct communication with the Project Director's office in Hub.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your bid security is correctly formatted and submitted as per the tender notice to avoid disqualification. Also, verify your registration on the BPPRA electronic procurement system well before the deadline to prevent last-minute issues.
