Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of miscellaneous dry fruits and spices to Islamabad Club, Islamabad, under the Food & Catering category. The procurement is managed by Islamabad Club and requires registered firms on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. The supply includes a wide range of items such as ajwain, almonds, anardana, bay leaves, black pepper, cardamom, cashew nuts, cinnamon, cloves, coconut, cumin seeds, dry apricots, dry dates, figs, coriander, green cardamom, imli, jaifal, peanuts, pine nuts, pista, raisins, red chili, sandal powder, saunf, sesame seeds, sweet soda, walnuts, and white pepper, all of super fine quality.
The contract is for one year on a FOR basis with deliveries made as and when required by Islamabad Club management. The supply must meet the highest quality standards and be neat and clean as per the technical specifications. Delivery challans must accompany all shipments, and inspection will be conducted at Islamabad Club premises. The supplier must ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and will be responsible for any damage caused to Islamabad Club property. Payment will be made within 25-30 days of satisfactory delivery and acceptance, with no advance payments. The tender follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procurement method with electronic bids submitted via EPADS and original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 300,000 submitted in hard copy before tender opening.
Bidders must be registered with SECP, have NTN and GST registration, and be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. The offer validity must be at least 90 days. Non-compliance with tender conditions, incomplete offers, or late submissions will lead to disqualification. The tender fee of Rs. 5,000 must be deposited in the Islamabad Club account. The contract is extendable for another year on mutual consent under the same terms and conditions.
The submission deadline is on the 20th of January 2026 at 12:00 PM, with the technical bid opening at 12:30 PM at Islamabad Club's procurement office.
