Tender Description
This tender invites bids in Muzaffarabad from the Office of Deputy Director Wildlife and Fisheries, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, for supplying motorcycles, office furniture, computers, laptops, field equipment, camera traps, dart guns, uniforms, and field manuals under the Green Pakistan Programme Phase-1.
The procurement covers a diverse range of goods including vehicles, IT equipment, office furnishings, and specialized field gear essential for wildlife conservation activities. The items will support field staff operations and office functions, ensuring effective project implementation in Muzaffarabad. The scope demands suppliers capable of delivering quality products that meet the technical specifications outlined in the bid book, with a focus on durability and suitability for rugged field conditions.
Bidders should ensure they hold a valid registration with a recognized professional body and comply with FBR/ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender requires submission of a 3% bid security via Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Deputy Director Wildlife & Fisheries. It is advisable to verify PEC category compliance and maintain the bid validity until June 2026 to avoid disqualification.
The sealed bids must be submitted by 01:00 PM on 10th February 2026 at the Directorate Wildlife and Fisheries office, District Complex, Old Secretariat, Muzaffarabad. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender forms are available until 9th February 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1700.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the bid book specifications and ensure the Call Deposit Receipt matches the required 3% bid security. Missing or incorrect bid security is a common cause for rejection. Also, confirm the submission method as postal bids are accepted but must arrive within the deadline.
