Tender Description
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) invites bidders for an open auction for the sale of cars, vehicles, and various scrap materials located at the Supply Chain Management office, PIA Complex, Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore. The auction includes office equipment, iron scrap, wooden scrap, furniture, and specific vehicles such as forklifts and Suzuki cars. Inspection is scheduled on 19th and 20th January 2026 during working hours from 0900 to 1700.
Interested bidders must submit a non-refundable auction fee of PKR 5,000 and refundable earnest money of PKR 200,000 for registration. The auction will be held on 22nd January 2026 at the PIA Complex Lahore. Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid value within five days and lift the material within 15 days. The auction is conducted on an 'as is where is' basis with strict terms and conditions including tax compliance and no splitting of lots.
