PCSIR Head Office Islamabad invites electronic bids for procurement of fertilizer and coco peat for its laboratories complex located in Lahore, Karachi, and Peshawar. Bids are to be submitted via EPADS with a hard copy submission requirement. The tender covers two packages: Package A for fertilizer and Package B for coco peat. The procurement is part of the PSDP project on medicinal and industrial cannabis cultivation and product development. Bidders must be registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, or government contractors with valid tax registration. Earnest money deposits are specified for each package.
