The Government of Sindh's Program Management Unit under the Accelerated Action Plan (AAP) for Reduction of Stunting and Malnutrition in Sindh (Fisheries Sector) Karachi invites sealed bids for procurement of fish brood stocks and various items for fish hatcheries for the fiscal year 2025-26. Bidding documents can be purchased from the PMU office upon payment of a non-refundable fee and submission of a written application. Eligible firms must have valid registration with Income Tax and GST authorities and provide a 5% bid security. The bidding process follows a single stage one envelope procedure with bids to be submitted and opened at the PMU office in Karachi on December 29, 2025. The procurement aims to support fisheries operations across Sindh with delivery to various fish hatcheries. The agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
