Tender Description
The Hydrology and Research Directorate (O&M of Telemetric & Hydromet Network) under the Member (Water) Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Lahore invites bids for the procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of telemetry stations and stream gauging stations at the Attabad Lake Hydro Power Project. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and involves comprehensive civil and electrical works including the setup of advanced telemetry equipment at the project site. The scope covers supply of materials, installation at the hydro power project site, and commissioning to ensure operational readiness. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, possess relevant PEC categories for civil and electrical works, and demonstrate prior experience in similar hydro power or telemetry projects. Bidders are required to submit a Technical Bid accompanied by Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. The bidding process follows a single stage-one envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 platform by 2:00 PM on July 2, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
