Additionally, firms must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the fiscal year 2025-26 in the relevant category. The submission deadline is set for 12th January 2026, with bid opening scheduled on the same day. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Assistant General Manager (Test and Tendering Cell) at the Balochistan Development Authority Head Office, Zarghoon Road, Quetta Cantt. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website, and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2000 is required.
Pro-Tip: Ensure the earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Project Director MUGSBRI. Avoid submitting cheques as they are not accepted. Also, carefully review the tender advertisement for any specific stamp duty or affidavit requirements to avoid disqualification.
