The works involve multiple packages with estimated costs totaling PKR 30.682 million, focusing on civil construction and related engineering tasks within the Islamabad Capital Territory.
The scope includes detailed construction activities requiring skilled manpower and quality materials to meet the standards expected by the Military Engineer Services. Contractors must be prepared to handle site-specific challenges and ensure timely completion of works as per the technical specifications provided by CMES PAF.
Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration and be enlisted in categories A to E with relevant experience. The submission deadline is set for 07 January 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM on the same day at the CMES (PAF) Islamabad office. Interested parties should submit sealed tenders and ensure all credentials and technical documents are complete to avoid disqualification.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the tender documents for Earnest Money and Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) requirements, as these are often overlooked and can lead to rejection. Also, attend the opening session if possible to clarify any immediate queries and observe the process firsthand.
