Tender Description
This tender invites experienced contractors in Lahore to provide various facilities at the Pakistan Air Force Base Lahore under the Military Engineer Services. The scope covers multiple facility provisions, each with distinct estimated costs, reflecting a range of civil and construction works essential for base operations. The works require contractors to demonstrate technical expertise and familiarity with military infrastructure standards in Lahore, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and possess relevant experience in similar projects. The tender emphasizes compliance with PEC categories and mandates submission of valid registration documents. Additionally, contractors should be clear of any litigation or government disputes, and must provide Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as per PPRA rules.
The tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting the eligibility criteria, including PEC registration and satisfactory past performance. The submission deadline is set for 16 January 2026 at 1130 hours, with bid opening scheduled at 1200 hours on the same day. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the accepting office at the Military Engineer Services, Lahore.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your technical bid includes all required certifications and a valid PEC registration to avoid disqualification. Also, verify the Earnest Money requirements carefully, as missing or incorrect CDRs are a common cause for rejection in military tenders.
