Tender Description
This tender invites contractors to undertake the provision of various facilities at multiple Pakistan Air Force (PAF) installations under the supervision of the Military Engineer Services (MES), CMES PAF Sargodha. The scope covers a range of civil works across different PAF sites including Mushaf, Rafiqui, Lahore, Sakesar, Risalewala, Multan, and others within Punjab province. The combined estimated cost exceeds PKR 109 million, reflecting the extensive nature of the infrastructure improvements required.
The works involve construction and renovation tasks that demand quality materials and adherence to engineering standards suitable for military installations. Contractors must be prepared to manage site-specific challenges such as security protocols, logistical coordination across multiple locations, and compliance with MES technical specifications. The projects will require experienced manpower and efficient resource management to meet the deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Contractors must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under Category D or higher and must not have any pending litigation or adverse reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Compliance with FBR/ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26 is mandatory. Tenderers should ensure their credentials and technical bids are complete and meet all stipulated conditions to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for 17 April 2026 at 11:30 AM, with tender opening scheduled at 12:00 PM on the same day. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the accepting office at CMES PAF Sargodha. Interested contractors may contact authorized representatives at GE (Air) Mushaf, Rafiqui, Lahore, and other listed PAF stations during working hours for further details.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the tender advertisement for Earnest Money and Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) requirements, as these financial securities are often overlooked but critical for bid acceptance. Also, ensure all PEC and FBR documentation is up to date to avoid last-minute disqualification.
