Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Dadu to undertake the rehabilitation and renovation of high enrollment dangerous primary and elementary schools at GBPS Radhan Village, Taluka Mehar. The project includes comprehensive civil works such as dismantling, brickwork, reinforced concrete, steel fabrication, roofing, plastering, painting, and sanitary installations. The site is located in a rural setting requiring careful management of materials and labor to meet structural and safety standards. The scope also covers provision of missing facilities to ensure functional and safe learning environments.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and demonstrate financial and technical capacity to execute works valued up to PKR 8.881 million. The project demands adherence to quality standards, timely completion within 12 months, and compliance with all statutory requirements including FBR/ATL registration for the fiscal year 2025-26. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory.
