This tender invites contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories C-06 and C-05 with specialization CE09, CE10, CE11 to undertake the rehabilitation of the Residential Bungalow of the Superintending Engineer (W&S) and the Residential Bungalow of the XEN Highways Division in Dadu, Sindh. The project involves comprehensive civil works including cement concrete, brickwork, plastering, flooring with glazed tiles, painting, and installation of UPVC and GI frames for doors and windows. The site is located in Dadu city, requiring contractors to manage local climatic and logistical challenges effectively.
The scope covers detailed construction activities such as removal of old plaster, concrete works, finishing, and installation of sanitary fittings and water supply systems.
