Tender Description
This tender invites contractors in Kamra from the Military Engineer Services for rehabilitation and upgradation works at various PAC Kamra and ARF locations under the Construction & Civil Works category. The scope includes upgrading the main gate of PAC Hospital, rehabilitating officers' mosque and accommodation, re-carpeting roads, solar power system installation, boundary wall construction, and provision of sports facilities.
The works cover multiple sites within PAC Kamra and ARF, involving civil repairs, electrical improvements, and infrastructure enhancements. Contractors will face engineering challenges such as maintaining operational continuity at military facilities, ensuring quality in road resurfacing, and integrating solar power systems in domestic areas. The project demands experienced firms familiar with military standards and site security protocols.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and belong to Category A, B, C, or D with relevant experience. Compliance with FBR/ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26 is mandatory. Firms should prepare to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as Earnest Money and ensure all documentation is complete to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for 22 January 2026, with technical bids opening at 1200 hours on the same day at the CMES (DP) PAC Kamra office. Contractors are advised to submit sealed hard copies of their applications and be present during the tender opening for transparency.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the tender documents for specific stamp duty and litigation clearance certificates, as these are often overlooked but critical for eligibility. Ensure your PEC registration and past performance reports are up to date to strengthen your bid.
