Tender Description
Sindh Bank Limited Karachi invites bids for renovation works at the basement floor of its PECHS Branch. This tender covers civil, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC works to upgrade the branch premises in Karachi, Sindh. The bank requires experienced contractors to execute termite proofing, reinforced concrete, block masonry, plastering, flooring with porcelain tiles, false ceiling installation, glass partitions, wooden doors and cabinets, plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, lighting, power sockets, and air conditioning installation. The site is located in PECHS, Karachi, and the work demands adherence to quality standards and timely completion within 60 days.
The scope includes detailed civil works such as waterproofing of basement RCC walls, installation of vault room door, and finishing with paint and tiles. Plumbing works involve installation of sanitary fixtures, water supply piping, and drainage systems. Electrical works cover lighting circuits, power outlets, distribution boards, and data/telephone networking. HVAC works include installation of split air conditioners with copper piping and drainage. The contractor must ensure compliance with technical specifications and use approved materials and brands.
