Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the repair of Bridge Cheelaiz Khalil MC Sanjavi located in District Ziarat, Balochistan. The Public Works and Highways Department requires experienced contractors to execute the repair works based on Composite Schedule Rates (CSR) 2023 on Percentage Rates. The project involves structural repair and maintenance of the bridge, ensuring safety and durability under local environmental conditions. The site in Ziarat presents unique engineering challenges due to its terrain and weather, demanding quality materials and skilled workmanship.
Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Tax Payer List. The firm should not be blacklisted by any government agency and must have completed at least three similar assignments with a minimum turnover of 70% of the estimated cost over the last three financial years. A credit line certificate from a scheduled bank covering 100% of the contract price is mandatory. Affidavit on Rs100 judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation history with government or semi-government organizations is required. All documents must be signed and stamped by the bidder.
The tender requires compliance with PEC Category C-6 or above and adherence to Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Firms should ensure their FBR/ATL status is active for the fiscal year 2025-26. Tender documents are available for a fee of PKR 1500, payable via green challan at National Bank of Pakistan, Ziarat Branch. Earnest money of 2% of the bid price must be submitted as a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call.
The last date for bid submission is 23 February 2026 by 12:00 PM, with tender opening at 1:00 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted physically to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, District Ziarat.
