Tender Description
This tender invites Expressions of Interest from qualified firms for the repair and maintenance of approximately 2,800 private and government vehicles at 603 Base Workshop EME Lahore Cantonment. The department requires experienced workshops capable of handling a diverse fleet including Toyota Hilux, Vigo, Revo, Honda Civic, Toyota Gli, Xli, Yaris, Altis, Hyundai Shahzore, Land Rover Defender, and Mitsubishi L200 Double Cabin.
The scope covers comprehensive vehicle repair services such as brake repair, engine overhaul, clutch, transmission, suspension system, and general tune-up. Firms must demonstrate technical expertise, skilled manpower, and possess diagnostic tools and workshop facilities to manage large-scale fleet maintenance. Additionally, the selected firm should be able to provide capacity building tools and establish a repair facility within the organization.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC categories relevant to automotive repair services and maintain valid FBR/ATL status for the financial year 2025-26. It is advisable to prepare all technical and financial documents carefully, including detailed pricing for spares and consumables, as the financial proposal must be inclusive of all taxes.
