Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the repair and maintenance of the Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) pool vehicles in Karachi under a closed framework contract for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The contract covers comprehensive vehicle repair, preventive and corrective maintenance, parts replacement, and tire services for ambulances and support vehicles. The scope includes routine oil changes, brake and suspension checks, engine diagnostics, electrical repairs, and 24/7 emergency breakdown services. Genuine OEM or approved equivalent parts must be used, and all work must comply with OEM standards. The contract duration is one year with rates fixed for the period without price revision.
The work requires certified technicians experienced in vehicle repair, equipped with diagnostic tools to ensure quality and timely service. The contractor must maintain detailed maintenance logs and provide monthly reports to SIEHS fleet management. Emergency services include towing and priority repairs for critical vehicles. The contract emphasizes safety, environmental compliance, and proper disposal of hazardous materials. The fleet mainly consists of Toyota Hiace and Suzuki Bolan vehicles.
Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB/GST authorities and provide a refundable bid security of PKR 200,000 and a 5% performance security. Bids must be valid for 90 days and submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 9th March 2026 at 10:30 AM. The tender fee is PKR 3,000 non-refundable. Conditional or late bids, and those from blacklisted firms, will be rejected. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all requirements.
Submission deadline is on the 9th of March 2026 at 10:30 AM with bid opening at 11:00 AM at the SIEHS office located at 43-15/K, Block 6, PECHS, Karachi. Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC categories, FBR/ATL registration, and provide all required documentation including bid security and tender fee receipts. The contract follows SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2024).
