Tender Description
This tender invites contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the repair and rehabilitation of the Provincial Ombudsman Office located at Taluka Dadu, Sindh. The Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Dadu, is overseeing this project under a single stage two-envelope procurement method. The estimated cost for this work is PKR 5 million with a completion period of 18 months. The scope includes civil repair and rehabilitation works ensuring structural integrity and functional restoration of the office building.
The project requires contractors to have PEC registration in categories C-05 or C-06 with specializations CE09, CE10, or CE11. Contractors must demonstrate experience with similar works, having completed at least one project of 80% of the estimated cost or two projects each of 50% cost within the last five years. The site is in Dadu city, and the work involves standard civil construction materials and techniques suitable for the local environment and structural requirements.
Bidders must comply with PEC category requirements and maintain active tax status with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board. The bid validity is 90 days, and earnest money is 5% of the estimated cost.
