This tender invites qualified contractors for extensive repair and renovation works on multiple buildings at Murree and Islamabad under the Military Engineering Services (MES), Navy Islamabad/Lahore. The scope includes structural repairs, abnormal electrical and water supply repairs, furniture renovation, and installation of CCTV and sprinkler systems. Additionally, a 3000-liter VIE tank installation and miscellaneous facility works at Islamabad and Lahore are included. The project demands contractors with proven experience in similar civil and electrical works, capable of handling complex site conditions in Murree's hilly terrain and urban Islamabad.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid renewal for 2026 and should hold a minimum MES category 'D' enlistment or equivalent with other government departments. The tender emphasizes compliance with FBR and ATL requirements for the financial year 2025-26, ensuring all tax and regulatory obligations are met. Firms must submit detailed documentation including performance reports, asset lists, personnel details, machinery inventories, GST registration, and NTN certificates to qualify.
Submission deadline is set for 26 March 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM on the same day at CMES (N) Islamabad/Lahore office located in Sector E-8, Islamabad. Contractors are encouraged to attend the opening session. The tender process follows PPRA rules 2004, with the accepting officer reserving the right to reject incomplete or non-compliant applications.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your Technical Bid includes a valid Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and all supporting documents as per PPRA guidelines. Missing stamp duties or incomplete asset declarations are common pitfalls that can disqualify bids. Double-check all credentials before submission to avoid last-minute disqualification.
