Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Shaheed Benazirabad from the Public Health Engineering Department for the construction and installation of multiple Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants and drainage systems. The scope includes setting up RO plants in various villages and UC areas within Taluka Daur and Taluka Sakrand, along with providing drainage and paving block works in several villages. The estimated cost for these works is PKR 57,261,118, covering civil works, electrical installations, solar energy systems, and compound walls.
The works require experienced contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in categories CE09, CE10, ME06, and EE11 for the financial year 2025-26. The projects involve bore well drilling, installation of filtration and pumping systems, construction of compound walls, paving blocks, and solar energy setups. The sites are located in rural and semi-urban areas of Shaheed Benazirabad district, demanding careful planning for material transport and site management. Contractors must ensure compliance with technical specifications, including the use of approved materials and adherence to safety and environmental standards.
Bidders must hold valid PEC registration, FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registration with active status, and provide all mandatory documents such as labor insurance, professional tax certificates, ISO certifications, and electrical inspector licenses.
