Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of Small Form Factor Tower Desktop Computer Systems for NADRA Islamabad, under the National Database and Registration Authority. The procurement falls under IT & Office Equipment category and is aimed at upgrading the existing CNIC production mailing section with high-performance desktop systems. The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, and configuration of seven desktop units meeting specified technical requirements including 13th Gen Intel Core i5 processors, 16 GB DDR5 RAM, 256 GB SSD storage, and Windows 11 Professional OS. Delivery is required within 8 weeks to NADRA Store Department, G-9 Islamabad.
The technical specifications demand robust systems with wireless keyboard and mouse, height-adjustable stands, multiple PCI-E slots, and a 3-year standard warranty. The supplier must be an OEM or authorized distributor and provide performance security of 10% of contract value. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure with electronic bid submission via EPADS portal. Bid security of Rs. 40,000 is mandatory. The evaluation will be based on least cost compliant bids meeting all eligibility and qualification criteria including NTN, GST registration, ATL status, and non-blacklisting.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC and FBR requirements for the financial year 2025-26. The bid validity period is 120 days.
