Tender Description
Daanish University Trust Islamabad under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training invites prequalification applications for supply and maintenance of IT equipment, machinery, furniture, and stationery items. This tender covers multiple lots including IT hardware and software, machinery and electrical appliances, institutional furniture, and office stationery for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27.
The scope includes supply, installation, repair, and maintenance services for brand new and genuine products sourced through authorized channels. IT equipment ranges from computers to networking devices and licensed software. Machinery includes air conditioners, generators, and other electrical appliances. Furniture covers office, classroom, and hostel items with repair and refurbishment services. Stationery includes routine office supplies and ceremonial items. All items must meet quality standards and be delivered timely to the designated premises in Islamabad.
Applicants must be registered firms with at least one year of relevant experience, valid NTN and GST registration, and active taxpayer status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Financial soundness with a minimum average turnover of PKR 10 million over the last three years is required. Firms must submit bid security of PKR 0.5 million per lot and provide performance certificates. Blacklisted firms or those involved in litigation are disqualified.
Submission deadline is **March 31, 2026 at 02:00 PM** via the PPRA e-Procurement System (EPADS). Technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Hard copies of bid security must reach the office of Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Room No. 227, 2nd Floor, Block-D, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad before the closing date.
