Tender Description
Karachi Port Trust (KPT) invites sealed bids under a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure for the supply of potable water to KPT offices and accommodations through bowsers for a period of two years from 01-03-2026 to 29-02-2028. The scope includes supply of potable water from TPX Hydrant and KW&SC Hydrants to various KPT installations and areas, ensuring continuous water supply and maintenance of quality standards.
Bidders must be registered contractors/vendors with allotment of KW&SC Hydrants work order or joint venture with licensed contractors, registered with FBR and SRB. The tender process includes submission of technical and price bids via EPADS, with a bid security of Rs. 10 million. The contract duration is two years with provisions for performance security, penalties for non-compliance, and detailed terms for execution and payment.
