Applications are invited for term contracts and minor repair works including painting, maintenance, cable trench digging, and washroom repairs at POF Havelian Cantt. Contractors must be active taxpayers and meet prequalification criteria. The scope includes periodical services such as white/colour washing, distempering, painting, repair and maintenance of buildings, miscellaneous minor works, cable trench digging, and washroom maintenance inside the factory and car area. Separate applications are required for each work with supporting documents including tax certificates, PEC registration, and bank statements. Earnest money of 2% of contract amount is mandatory. Tender documents will be issued to prequalified firms and bids will be received and opened on 20-01-2026 at the Bid Centre, Rabta Hall.
