Tender Description
The Ministry of Science and Technology invites bids for conducting a third-party review and audit of the National Institute of Electronics (NIE). The audit focuses on institutional capacity, operational efficiency, and financial viability.
The scope includes assessment of accreditation status, human resource issues, and equipment suitability. Bidders must be registered with c-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and appear on the ATL of FBR. Bidding documents are available free of cost on EPADS and the Ministry's website. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 29th December 2025 at 1:00 PM in Islamabad. Technical bids will be opened on 20th January 2026 at 12:30 PM.
