Tender Description
The Ministry of Science and Technology invites bids for third-party review and audit services for the Pakistan Science and Technology Information Center (PASTIC). The scope includes assessment of institutional capacity, operational efficiency, and suitability of equipment.
The audit will cover accreditation status, financial viability, human resource issues, and overall impact, including laboratories. Bidders must be registered with e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System and comply with tax authorities. Bidding documents are available online, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29th December 2025. Submission is via EPADS by 19th January 2026 at 1:00 PM, with technical bids opened the same day at 1:30 PM.
