Tender Description

This tender invites bids for the upgradation of 50 middle schools to high-level schools across various districts of Balochistan under the Public Model High Schools Initiative. The project covers multiple locations including Killi Sama New Abadi Shahrag, Zhob, Haji Muhammad Ali New Abadi, Loralai, Ziarat, Naseerabad, Magsi, Usta Muhammad, Khuzdar, Hub, Panjgur, Washuk, and Kharan districts. The initiative aims to enhance educational infrastructure by upgrading existing middle schools to high schools, ensuring better facilities and learning environments for students in these regions. The scope involves civil works such as construction, renovation, and installation of necessary infrastructure to meet high school standards. The work will require quality construction materials and skilled labor to address the engineering challenges posed by the diverse terrain and climatic conditions of Balochistan. Each site demands careful planning and execution to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety and quality standards. Bidders must comply with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and meet eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. PEC registration and FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status for the financial year 2025-26 are mandatory. Bids must be submitted physically at House No. 48-B Chaman Housing Airport Road, Quetta.
