Tender Description
This notice from the Balochistan Health Department announces walk-in interviews for multiple medical specialist positions at the newly established Trauma Centre on Spiny Road, Quetta. The recruitment covers a wide range of specialties including anesthetists, surgeons, radiologists, pediatricians, psychiatrists, and pharmacists among others, reflecting the department's commitment to strengthening healthcare services in Quetta.
Candidates will be assessed for roles requiring qualifications such as FCPS, MS, MD, MBBS, and BDS, with experience criteria clearly outlined. The interviews are scheduled between 12th and 16th January 2026 at specified times, ensuring a structured and transparent selection process. The appointments are initially contract-based for two years, extendable based on performance, and emphasize merit while giving preference to local domicile holders.
Applicants should ensure compliance with PEC registration and FBR/ATL tax status for the fiscal year 2025-26, as these are critical for eligibility. The department advises candidates to prepare original documents, including educational credentials, domicile certificates, CNIC, and passport-size photos, and to submit attested copies during the interview. Candidates currently employed in government or autonomous bodies must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
The submission deadline is the date of the interview for each post, with the first interviews starting on 12th January 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Trauma Centre, PGMI SPH Quetta. Candidates must attend in person with all required documentation. The Health Department reserves the right to modify the number of positions or cancel the recruitment process without prior notice.
Pro-Tip: Double-check the interview schedule and required documents carefully, as incomplete or fake submissions will lead to disqualification. Also, candidates who have already applied under PRQ No. 674/19-08/2025 and participated in interviews need not reappear, saving time and effort.
