Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of a 06 KW solar system at Khipro Court, Sanghar, under the District and Sessions Court, Sanghar. The project includes provision of hybrid inverters, Tier-1 Mono PERC solar panels, lithium-ion battery banks, mounting structures, wiring, and all associated installation and commissioning services. The system is designed to meet high standards with IEC-certified panels, rust-proof mounting, and a one-year warranty on all hardware and installation. The site is located in Sanghar, Sindh, requiring careful handling of installation on reinforced concrete pedestals to ensure durability and performance under local weather conditions.
Bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, or authorized suppliers with proven experience in similar solar projects. The technical evaluation will focus on compliance with specifications, eligibility, and capacity. The tender requires submission of earnest money, bid security, and a non-refundable tender fee. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and registered with FBR and SRB. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022) under a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
Participants should ensure their PEC category aligns with electrical or solar equipment supply, maintain valid FBR registration, and comply with all tax and regulatory requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender emphasizes the importance of submitting complete and responsive bids, including all required documentation such as NTN, GST, vendor numbers, and bid security. Non-compliance or late submissions will lead to rejection.
The submission deadline is set for 10 February 2026 at 12:30 PM, with technical bids opening at 1:00 PM the same day at the Office of the Senior Civil Judge-II, Sanghar. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) portal. Physical submission of bid security and tender fee is mandatory before the deadline. The procurement committee reserves the right to amend or cancel the process as per rules.
Pro-Tip: Ensure the earnest money and tender fee are submitted in the correct form and on time, as failure to provide original bid security before bid opening will result in disqualification. Also, carefully review the technical specifications and warranty terms to avoid non-compliance during evaluation.
