Tender Description
This tender invites sealed quotations and electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) for the supply of various classroom, office, and laboratory equipment. The procurement includes desktop PCs, printers, scanners, UPS units, multimedia projectors, projection screens with mounting and installation, interactive flat panel displays with mounting and installation, and public address equipment including headphones.
Bidding documents with detailed specifications and terms are available for download from PPRA’s website and e-PADS. Bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS by the specified deadline. A non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 3000 is required via bank draft or pay order. Bid opening will be held at NBS, NUST Campus, Islamabad, with provisions for public holidays as per government notifications.
