The Embassy of Pakistan Muscat is inviting sealed bids for the provision of various services including typing of applications, printing and photocopying of documents, and supply of food items within the Embassy premises. The procurement process follows a single-stage, two-envelope bidding system requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Bidding documents can be collected from the office of the Head of Chancery between 1st and 21st December 2025 during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable bid security. Technical bids will be opened on 22nd December 2025 at 11 AM, followed by financial bids of technically qualified companies at 4 PM on the same day.
