Tender Description
The University of Karachi invites sealed tenders/bids from authorized dealers and distributors registered with PPRA for the supply of office equipment for new departments. The procurement is under a HEC funded project aimed at improving academic facilities at the university.
Tender documents are available from November 26, 2025 to December 12, 2025 at the Directorate of Planning & Development against submission of required documents and a non-refundable fee. Bids must be submitted online via PPRA EPADS and in hard copy to the Directorate. A bid security of 2% of the quoted price is required in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of the Director Finance, University of Karachi.
