Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders for a concession to operate a branded food outlet with a sitting area facility measuring 806 sq.ft at the Eastern Side in Concourse Hall at Level-1 of Jinnah International Airport Karachi. The concession is offered on a single stage / two-envelope basis for a license period of five years or until outsourcing of the airport, whichever is earlier. The concession includes a monthly reserve price with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. Tender forms and detailed requirements are available upon written request with payment of Rs.5,000. Technical and financial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and dropped in the designated box at the Main Conference Room, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi by the specified date and time.
