Tender Description
Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) invites bids from well reputed, tax registered companies/firms for consultancy services for the design and supervision of construction of PEL Examination Centres at Karachi and Lahore. The consultancy includes complete scope of work with terms and conditions as detailed in the tender documents.
The bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS along with a fixed bid security amounting to PKR 2,600,000 in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee. Original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the submission deadline. Bids will be opened in the presence of PCAA Procurement Committee and representatives of bidders who wish to attend.
