Bidders must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, a turnover of at least PKR 4 million over the last three years, and valid tax registrations. The tender requires compliance with PEC and FBR regulations, including submission of Earnest Money of PKR 80,000 and adherence to the 2025-26 fiscal year requirements. The evaluation will follow the Least Cost Method, emphasizing both technical and financial criteria.
