The contract involves the professional and efficient management of approximately 2.07 acres of lawn area and 0.76 acres of parking space, including marketing, operations, and maintenance of the event facilities. The contract period is initially five years, extendable for another five years subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance. The selected Management Partner will be responsible for setting up marquees and allied infrastructure, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, managing parking and traffic control, and providing catering services for club functions. The bidding process follows a single stage, two envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals, with a bid security of PKR 1,000,000. The highest monthly rent quoted will determine the preferred bidder.
