The contract includes regular cleaning of offices, corridors, washrooms, common areas, and maintenance of dust bins, air fresheners, and disinfectants. The contract duration is three years with possible extension for one year based on satisfactory performance. The contractor must ensure well-trained staff, maintain duty rosters, and comply with all regulatory and security requirements. The services are to be provided through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) with a bid security of Rs. 200,000.
