Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates. Bidding documents are available through EPADS, and bids must be submitted online via EPADS with original hard copies delivered to the Procurement Department at SNGPL Pipe Coating Plant Uch Sharif, Bahawalpur. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day of closing.
