Tender Description
This tender is for hiring a professional firm to conduct comprehensive due diligence of startups and investors under the Pakistan Startup Fund (PSF). The scope includes legal, financial, operational, and governance assessments of startups and evaluation of investors' credibility, strategic value, and risk factors. The due diligence reports will support grant disbursement decisions and ensure transparency and risk mitigation.
The contract duration is one year, extendable based on performance. Payments will be made on a case-to-case basis upon submission and acceptance of due diligence reports. The assignment aims to strengthen Pakistan's startup ecosystem by validating applicants and investors to facilitate funding and growth.
