504 HVAC&R Base Workshop EME intends to procure various air conditioning spares including compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, valves, capacitors, thermostats, and other related components. The procurement targets brand new, genuine, and OEM parts for maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems used in military equipment. The tender follows PPRA Rule 36 with a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted separately. The tender fee is Rs 3000 and quotations must be submitted by 08 December 2025 before 1100 hours. The lowest evaluated bid will be awarded the contract with a validity of 12 months, extendable by mutual agreement.
