Tender Description
This tender is for the leveling and dressing of car and motorcycle parking areas outside Gate No 1 and 2 at COMSATS University Islamabad. The scope includes excavation, laying of cement concrete, road kerb installation, and surface finishing as per the directions of the Engineer Incharge.
The tender process is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) with a bid security of Rs. 80,000. The contract includes a 6-month defect liability period with 10% retention money withheld from the invoice. Bids must be submitted both online and as a sealed hard copy by the closing date.
